I was staying at a nearby hostel and was craving baked sweets. Thankfully, this place was delightfully close. Upon entering I was impressed with the simple, cozy design of the dining room, and the baked goods display area. Little signs identified what each tasty treat was. I got their morning roll and was absolutely taken with how pleasant it was. The slightly crisp outside of the roll was complimented with its thicker bready inside which hid a delicious filling. Delicious sourdough bagels!!! All of the other baked confections and sandwiches looked so good too. We stopped at multiple different coffee shops during our Seattle trip, but this was our fav one we returned to!!
When in Seattle there are a few things that happen every time. Macrina sausage biscuit and (pick one) pinwheel is one of them. This is the best breakfast sandwich in Seattle. One of my favorites of all time. I usually stay in one of the hotels downtown and door dash it at 730 (the moment they open).
