The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, taking the time to inquire about your preferred level of spice in your dishes, which was especially considerate for my girlfriend, who is sensitive to spicy food. Every item on the menu is freshly prepared, showcasing a vibrant array of flavors. The presentation of the meals, along with the traditional Indian plates and utensils, adds an authentic touch that enhances the overall dining experience.

Our go to place for late night dinner
I made the good decision to order some takeout from Maharaja on my last night in Seattle. The food was delicious! I ordered butter paneer, chilli paneer, samosas and garlic naan -- all great. Samosas could use some more salt, but the chutneys were so good I didn't care. Will be coming back for more!
