We attended the Dia de Los Muertos dinner event at Maiz Molino and this was also our first visit to Maiz. The experience was incredible. The dinner prepared by their guest chef was outstanding as well as different enough to want to change my way of eating Mexican food. Wine with tacos? Absolutely! They paired their own brand of wine with the dinner and as someone who doesn't drink wine, I admit that their brand was real good, tasty. The courses were packed with flavor. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. Pleasant and cheerful from the moment we walked in. Again this was a special occasion dinner and we can't wait to try their everyday menu. It is not easy to find a good Mexican restaurant in Seattle but based off their red salsa alone, this place is legit. Thank you Maiz Molino. Special shout out to Angie who helped us all night. See you all soon.
Eclectic menu, very welcoming. Went for dinner, smaller range of food and more expensive than expected.
Great ingredients, thoughtfully combined, balanced flavors, and proud decor in a casual, relaxed, family-run restaurant. The decor is a mix of open ductwork, plain tables, spectacular tiles, and Dia De Los Muertos figures. A good place for an unhurried meal (no sign of an "every second counts" clock in the kitchen), quiet conversation, and maybe some enjoyable chit-chat with the staff and other people around you.
Wonderful service, friendly environment. Really delicious food and easy to get in and out of in the Bell town area.
Great server food and drinks loved the braised ribs tender with masa grits Tortillas were fresh and the other dish forgot the Name fish was fire also
The only bad thing about this place is that it's not closer to home! Came here on a whim & it did not disappoint. The brunch was fantastic! Wish I could eat here on a regular basis. Could not recommend this place more, 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything I've eaten here has been incredible. They take so much care to make the food excellent.

Came to try out for lunch and thought the tacos were great. They were pretty wet but the flavor was great.
Took a while to get the plate given it didn't seem too busy but worth the short wait and I'll definitely have to come back to try more of the dishes.

Brunch here is a MUST DO. The food was so tasty and filled with flavor. The portions were big enough that we all shared our food, so I could taste everything.

The food was absolutely amazing. The broth in the tumbado rice and the chochoyote caldo was so delicious and flavorful. With the friendly welcoming staff, delicious food and an amazing atmosphere you can't go wrong.
