I had a great Myanmar cortado. Very nice representation, and very bright and smooth taste.Guatemalan pour overs were OK. Lacking brightness and distinction. Again, nice representation though. But, for the price of nearly half of the same bag of beans, I was expecting better taste. Local coffee shops are our favourite. We were thrilled when we could order pour over coffee at Fulcrum, as many places we visited didn’t offer pour overs. The pour overs were well made and presented nicely. They were even back flushing the machines which showed their dedication to making delicious coffee every time. I like the neighborhood that Fulcrum is located. It has a very nice feel which is relaxing and enjoyable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich as well as a latte. The breakfast sandwich was quite good and not like any I've had before. It had a nice hint of tomato as well as artichoke. The latte was only okay, it did not have much of a coffee taste. Overall. I enjoyed this cafe and would come back for the breakfast!
