I honestly don’t know where to start the sambusas are soo good I got the 3 for 10 and my favorite was salmon and beef I also ordered the salmon and chicken Alfredo and it was fire! ….on the side a strawberry lemonade it was so good I wanted the recipe!!! and of course Mama Sambusa herself is an absolutely amazing woman!! Beautiful energy and I definitely recommend …she only accepts cash or cashapp btw 🫶🏾

This was one of the most what the hell eating experiences I have ever had. I pull up at 3:00 a.m., there is multiple children who are either drunk or high waiting for food. Mama sambuss has very little patience for any of the customers,
But holy cow. It doesn't matter. The food. This African mama had hands of a goddess and used them to cook amazing food

I was so excited to come to this restaurant, I have been trying to go since 2020 when it was a food truck, but life happened. Today, I drove a whole hour from Olympia to come see you at 10pm, when I got there, the doors were closed!

It says you guys are closed at 4 AM, and after reading all these reviews, it seems like you are still a late night restaurant that SHOULD be open at 10pm!

Unacceptable. I know life can happen with sudden closing, but why were all the doors locked? There was a door that said employees only, and when I tried to open all the doors connected to the restaurant, this door was closed too.

Very disappointed. Would give out 0 if I could.

Just please update your hours for next time, I don’t even live in the Seattle area and I wasted my time, my gas, everything.

Look, if it was up to me I would have Mama Sambusa every day!! I’m not playing it’s seriously delicious. The best sambusa I’ve ever had and I make sure to get double portions when ordering pasta. Right when my direct deposit hit, I get me some spaghetti and 4 beef sambusa? mama sambusa herself is so funny, and provides a loving service! Today I met another worker there, honey, and she was the sweetest!!! we bonded over coconut water while I picked up my 2am eats.
10/10 highly recommended ?

Mama sambusa is my new favorite lady.. she cooked for me and we talked about the religion and the path we walk in this life as a Muslim. I can’t explain it but it was like I was in a movie.. just a guy walking down Seattle streets contemplating Allah and I got hungry and seen this spot while I was waking and I knocked on the screened door and just meeting her was like meeting that one person in the movie who sees the good in you despite how the world will shun you away because of ur past and how they believe that represents who u r currently. She didn’t care about all that.. she didn’t ask me all the questions about my past and everything I did wrong but she asked about my coming to Islam and she explained how being a new Muslim comes with challenges and that only Allah can decide the outcome of our lives in this dunya and the hereafter.. not to mention the food was so A1 and I mean TRIPLE A1. The shrimp rice potatoes beef and chicken and the SAMBUSA !!.. allahu Akbar this is definitely my new spot every chance I get.. I even told myself I will 10 miles everyday inshaallah to get me some of mamas sambusa !! Salaam alaikum Jazāk Allāhu Khayran !!

Hey. I would post a food pic but it's all completely GONE. We wrecked those shrimp tacos and the sambas were fire. Just adding another good review to the heap. They earned it. And amazing service!!!!

Local eatery! Mama is a bright and hikarious person! On top of that, her food is amazing! My personal favorite is the Faud Fettuccine.
