The food is delicious, but the staff constantly have an RBF and don’t even say “thank you.” I’ve visited this place many, many times, and the customer service is consistently at the absolute bottom. As a customer service business, I seriously question their attitude and professionalism. And of course, it’s so uncomfortable being in the same space as the staff that I never dine in — I only order takeout.

I ordered food for takeout and the pad see ew is AMAZING. When I got to the store, they let me know they cooked the wrong meal initially and gave it to us on the house, on top of what we ordered! So nice and unexpected, really made our night ❤️
