The treats taste fine but the ordering system is extremely inefficient. It seems like due to lack of staffing, the cashier takes several orders at once, then leaves the cash register to help another employee make the orders, then calls out the orders when they're ready, then resumes taking orders. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes for the employee to return to the register to take orders, then 5 minutes for the people in front of me + me to place our orders, then another...
Pretty dang delicious and light! The ice cream is great and the favor options are nice! They rotate flavors, too, so that's cool :) you get a lot of ice cream for the price (at least for the party hats we got)! I didn't take a good picture of my ice cream, but it was cute, and again (and more importantly) delicious!

A bit of a line during peak hours, but it moved quickly, and is well worth it. There’s also plenty of seating.
Bonus: They have lactaid available for those who are lactose intolerant, which is very appreciated!
