The broth is good, but the portions are mostly noodles with very little protein. The chicken was also pretty dry. Definitely not the best bowl of pho in the area. I hope they can do better!
While visiting the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle recently, I stopped for lunch at Market Pho. Located along a busy section of Market Street, Market Pho is surrounded by many other shops and restaurants. Arriving for an early lunch, we found the restaurant to be comfortable and quiet. The menu is small but varied, offering a wide selection of pho and sandwiches. My friend and I both had the grilled pork banh mi, which was quite tasty. I would recommend Market Pho to anyone looking...
Oh, some excellent pho at this spot. Got a medium number 13 with the tripe and brisket and I mac’d on it greedily. Nothing like good pho! Sauce is a lighter/sweeter style, not as herbaceous as pho can be.
Service was fast and the guy was nice and a good server. Always happy to find a place I like! Atmosphere is aight. Nothing wrong, but a room of smudged mirrors with pop songs from 2007 blaring can be a little funny, but i liked it overall. 👍❤
