Best Bowl of Pho, Best Broth Pho in Washington! I approve this authentic bowl that leaves me with many regrets every time I cannot finish it. Wow! The new broth has a new punch! Best Pho Eva in Seattle— Fixes Broken spirits!
My party ordered tofu spring rolls, veggie broth pho and bun bo hue. Both phos were exceptional - perfectly salted+fatted. BBH had a bright balance of lemongrass and shrimp paste. Wish the spring rolls had more herbs in them (either cilantro mint or basil)

Service was fast and the guy was nice and a good server. Always happy to find a place I like! Atmosphere is aight. Nothing wrong, but a room of smudged mirrors with pop songs from 2007 blaring can be a little funny, but i liked it overall. 👍❤
