Lovely meal as always. Requests were politely and promptly honored even on a busy night. Jessica was clearly busy but took care of everything. Food was good as always, hard to beat for the price in Seattle.

I grab the shrimp tempura roll and the karaage. It was really good even if the karaage was a tiny bit dry for me. But with the lemon on the side it was really good! And the service was also great

We were a bit disappointed with Matsu. We ordered off of the happy hour menu. The sushi on the happy hour menu is TINY--maybe half the size of normal sushi. The fish was excellent, but the rice wasn't cooked enough. My husband thought the oyster part of the fried oysters was excellent but was critical of how thick the breading was. My tempura had a nice selection, but the shrimp were tiny and the lightness of the tempura just wasn't there. Service was friendly and professional.
