Don’t order the coco sago soup. Tasted like water and had less than half of the toppings that were pictured on the menu. Very disappointing.

Clearly the girl who was working there was not happy to work, period. I wish I took some pics before getting my order refunded. It does not look anything like the picture they have and looked so gross I am not sure how they expect people to eat it. Waffle was all droopy and soggy. I am just surprise to see many people still order. It's a definitely NO for me. We ended up at the second floor by the food court where the staff was friendly and tasted wonderful. When paying desert for $20 and expect us to tip. They should at least be friendly.

I ordered 2 coco soup through door dash. One of them had a few pieces of grass jelly in it but lots of soup. The other one had regular portion as when I went into their store in person. Wish they would be more consistent with the amount they put in there . Super disappointed

I got their signature grass jelly shaved ice. It was the worst. They had barely any shaved ice beneath the grass jelly. It was 95% grass jelly. I was so angry, I should have brought it back to the register and demanded my money back. I will never go to this location again.

I ordered a taro smoothie with red beans. But I didn't see any red beans. Smoothies are still terrible, so think carefully about whether to eat them again next time.

I am beyond shocked and appalled by our experience at Meet Fresh in Southcenter Mall. My mom, a single mother working a minimum-wage job, visited the store with my three younger cousins, one of whom is deaf and autistic. Naturally, he was moving around a lot, and my mom was focused on keeping him safe. While ordering a simple dessert for around $20, the cashier purposely added a massive, unauthorized tip, inflating the total charge to over $20,600 without her immediate awareness. This is not just unethical—it’s outright illegal.
When my mom realized what had happened, she tried to speak with the staff and asked to talk to a manager or owner to resolve the issue. Instead, the employees kept making excuses, claiming the owner was out of the country and unreachable, and saying they’d ‘get back to her later.’ Despite her repeated follow-ups, they continued to dodge responsibility, even saying the owner only uses WeChat and couldn’t be directly contacted.
After much persistence, my mom finally reached the owner, who shockingly refused to take responsibility and refund the full amount, simply saying, ‘what’s done is done.’ They even told her to ‘call the police if she wanted to.’ Later, they offered to refund only $9,000, claiming they couldn’t return the remaining $11,000 due to ‘tax purposes.’
This situation is beyond disappointing. Taking advantage of a single mother working minimum wage and caring for a special needs child, refusing to take responsibility for a gross overcharge like this, is unethical and illegal. Meet Fresh needs to take full responsibility for this unacceptable behavior and ensure it never happens again. I urge anyone considering this location to be extremely cautious. Please share this information with your friends and family so they can be aware of what happened. I hope the company’s corporate office steps in to correct this outrageous situation.

This store is a scam! They accidently charged a customer over $20,000 for a single transaction but refused to refund them back.
Bad dessert and service.

honestly it looks ugly, the pieces are uneven, and don’t even look appetizing. we asked for red beans but they didn’t add it at all and even said “it was like that for other customers too, and they didn’t care,” when i asked them why there was no red beans. this was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. the middle of the ice were big and had no flavors. i couldn’t even break the ice apart with the spoon.

If you have a store manager, please take note. This is the second time I've ordered a drink with red beans, and your staff forgot to add it. I kept watching them chat away. When I got home, excited to enjoy my drink, I realized once again that you forgot to include something I paid for. Is it because takeout customers can be short-changed to save money? This is really unacceptable."

One or the worst bubble teas I've ever had in my life. My kids, sister and husband refused to drink the milk tea with Boba. The tea is bitter and the Boba was so soft and had no texture, literally like drinking slime. The service is mid.
