The food has always been amazing, but it has happened to me more than once when the staff missed putting some toppings in my order. They missed the taro this time. Make sure you check your bowl and everything’s in there when you order take out.

I didn't actually get to eat the food because they ran out of food, everyone was ordering, and the workers were just sitting there and didn't say anything about the food running out. We had to ask them why the orders were taking so long to be made.

I regularly visit the location in Portland and love it. This location was so filthy. The decorative wall was so dusty and gross inches from your face while eating. The shaved ice texture was off. Rough and dense which was difficult to scoop with the plastic spoons.

I ordered a take out and drove over 30 minutes back home and found out that all add on ingredients were missing. The girl who put this together didn't care what she did and rush hiding back to her secret corner with her cellphone as soon my ordered has bag it up. Very disappointed.

We ordered two bowls of hot red bean soup signature but the soup wasn't hot at all and the white skin of sesame rice balls was a bit thick. The taro chunks were good and the soup wasn't too sweet which was nice.

The front desk person seemed clueless about preparing the item, and to my surprise, her colleague was casually eating while reading instructions to prepare it. The lack of expertise and professionalism affected my overall dining satisfaction. Waste of money and time.

Desserts are okay, but customer service is not great. The female employee needs some customer service training. Also, they don’t do dine in after a certain time, but that isn’t posted anywhere and by the time we got home the dessert was melted.

SCAM ALERT!! Do NOT take out!! They do not put all ingredients in your bowl!!! Even if they do put some of the necessary ingredients, they do not put the correct amount! Luckily we ate there and had to go back TWICE for missing ingredients and toppings which we paid for.

My favorite dessert place at Southcenter mall! I ordered egg waffle, milk ice cream, and jasmine green tea. They taste awesome, especially when mixing the ice cream and the waffle together. Highly recommend to give it a try!
