This is my first time as well as the last time. The interior doesn't even look like it is a serious business. it is full of boexes of supplies that have not been put away. While i was sitting at a table waiting for my food, a table support beam on the underside of the table dropped on my lap. The food is mediocre at best. This is my first time here and will be my last. The interior of the restaurant is filled with many cardboard boxes that should be placed in the storage room, giving people a very cluttered feel. I ordered a hot tofu pudding and it was only lukewarm. The bean curd is also obviously made from soy flour.

We went in on the afternoon of July 15th, ordered and paid at the automatic ordering machine, and then the clerk told us that it was not open yet, and the opening hours were after 3 p.m., and then told me that it would take 3-5 days for a refund, but it has not been collected until today. When it comes to refunds, we are from Canada and we can't call again just for twenty or thirty. We hope that we can fulfill our promise to customers. The drink itself is quite good.

Cute place for dessert. The shaved ice was huge - if that's your jam definitely get one of the ones with more stuff on it, square-cube law and all.

I wanted to give a good review as Meet Fresh is such a Taiwanese staple (& there’s only 1 in the Seattle area), but it literally took 45 mins to get a simple order when it wasn’t even busy. They’re short staffed (2 employees) and inefficient. Horrible, nonexistent service. Order if you’ve got nowhere else to be and don’t mind paying for parking. Go for share tea or TP Tea instead.

Horrible experience. There is always only 2 employees managing this store, which gets quite busy. It genuinely can take up to 40 minutes to even receive your order, even if it is just a milk tea. The employees have a bad attitude and work extremely slowly. This is an objective fact. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Shame on the owner for severely understaffing this place. There is currently an exceptionally long waiting time for customers here who have been waiting for 30+ minutes.

They have good stuff, but it's kiosk ordering, so minimal service. Again, the drinks and treats are quite good. But the dining area is kind of trashed. Chairs strewn about, tables falling apart, tape all over the walls. Not very tidy.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT GO‼️ We ordered a shaved ice that is supposed to come with 7 different sides and it only came with 3. We asked the lady to put the missing sides in. DID NOT RESPOND. Give us LITTLE amount of everything. It’s CRAZY for a 20$ shaved ice. NEVER GOING BACK ???????????

The taste is good, but I don’t know why the portions at this store are so much smaller than those at Bellevue and Southcenter. . . When I bought it at Bellevue, the bowl was always full, but here it was only half full. . . It’s not worth it. I’ll go to Bellevue or Southcenter next time.
