Happy we were able to get a table before the brunch service was over. The food was amazing. Service was just ok, was ignored by the first server when checking in for our reservation. Saw us didn't even acknowledge us as to hey someone will be right with you. Was able to get someone attention to check and it was good from that point on. We had the server who ignored us and again not the worst service or the best just ok. Overall will come back when in the area food was amazing and would love to try other items. We got the chopped salad and chips with a beer. Awesome day to be out so it was nice to stop in for a snack.
The decor and food were very good. The restaurant was short staffed so it took over an hour to get our entrees. If they can tighten up on their service - would be really great.
All 3 of us loved our food - it exceeded expectations. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian options on the menu. Service from Thomas was 5-star. He was the only server, serving a full restaurant and he did so with such calm and grace - it was amazing to watch. We always felt attended to...even as he rotated to all of the tables. Most amazing was he was not at all rattled by the amount of tables he was handling, as he had it all under control. Overall, the food and service experience truly were 5-star worthy.
Sunday Brunch: Service was hampered by a very large table. It was 30 minutes before we received our main order. We ordered the chips and rhubarb & ginger salsa for an appetizer. It was flavorless. You'd expect tartness from the rhubarb and spice from the ginger. It was bland and weird with the crema. Our party ordered the Pablo chopped w/chicken (good), the classic breakfast with pork sausage (toast tasted like the grill, the sausage was a chunky dry patty with little seasoning, breakfast potatoes were slightly burned), Carne asada skillet (good), Eggs & bacon tacos (good). The food and service was better at our last visit, but it's still a nice neighborhood joint to meet friends and family for brunch.
We had an incredible dinner at Pablo y Pablo on a rainy Seattle evening. From soup to guacamole to tacos to enchiladas - everything was incredible! We'll be back!

This resturant is INCREDIBLE. Every single thing I tried on the menu was flavorful and absolutely delicious. There is a mix of Mexican and Spanish dishes which make for a great variety of choices as well.

So good
First off, I'm a private chef so I'm not on here to complain but I do believe if people go and spend their hard money at a restaurant they deserve good food and drinks. Here are my thoughts....Restaurant was beautiful. Server and staff were great. Food was underwhelming. (Got Pork Carnitas taco & Chicken Tinga and the Pozole.) My classic margarita tasted like the cheap margaritas I used to get in college. Highly disappointing considering they made it from scratch. My guess is that the tequila and cointreau they used were very cheap. I do believe if they took a little more energy in developing the flavors of their dishes more this restaurant could be great.
We had a lovely brunch & the food was good. A/F got toddy was tangy and soothing!

Loved the atmosphere here. Away from the hustle and bustle of cap hill but still close to the city. Yanni and Max provided great service and the drinks and food were great! Would recommend.

Good atmosphere. It’s close to the water and you can do a nice walk afterwards. There are parking spots near the water a block away. It has one of the best enchiladas I’ve gotten in Seattle so far! Tasty with generous portions! The chips were very flavorful ~ they have a fragrant corn taste. I felt I could just eat them by themselves without salsa. Plus the chips were warmed up! The Cadillac Margarita I ordered was okay. I’m for sure coming back for the enchiladas and chips tho!!

I had a fabulous first dinner here for a friend’s birthday. All of the food was delicious, drinks are unique and enticing, and the dessert is to die for (you can’t go wrong). Might not be the best spot for a larger party!

Summary - overall, not terrible by any means, but a disappointment on several fronts. Additionally I'll preface this review by saying i visited several months ago when it was warm.
First off the atmosphere and location are great. Wait staff do a solid job, and are perfectly pleasant, if not overly friendly and chatty. We had ordered the loaded nachos, which were well rounded and excellent. The carne asada was cooked perfectly, might've been the best cut of beef I've had in a while. The cocktails we ordered were all delicious and creative.
The biggest downside to the experience were a few aspects of the food. Portion sizes were pretty small, and paired with prices above what I thought was the Seattle norm for the location and overall fanciness, it didn't balance out well. Same with the cocktails, a bit overpriced, although it's a cocktail, it's where they make their money.
The most surprising letdown was actually the beans. At any establishment serving carne asada and margaritas, I would imagine a certain degree of richness and flavor in a simple and cheap-to-make side like beans. Instead of refried pinto beans that had extra cheese incorporated to make them creamier, I received whole black beans with a pinch of cheese as garnish. Way too dry and fibrous, not an enjoyable addition. Couple this with the wild or brown rice that accompanied it, and the whole affair felt like a crunchy appropriation of a simple but delicious dish in an attempt to put on an air of elevated fine dining. Call it "Haute Healthy", if you will.
This restaurant is pretty decent otherwise. A single dish just stood out to me, and colored my whole experience. I hope this review comes too late, and changes have already been made.
