One of my top boba places in Cap Hill. I always get the pumpkin milk tea, super delicious and consistent in flavor. The space has limited seating but the area is great to grab a boba and walk around.
Came here on a whim a year ago with no expectations. My go to at any boba spot is always whatever’s their signature milk tea. I ordered the regular milk tea 100% sugar and was pleasantly surprised.
Stopped by to try it again today and it still hits after my first sip. Also tried their green milk tea 50% sugar which is very fragrant. Unassuming little cafe, don’t underestimate it if your bias is milk tea.

Tiramisu latte was good, hot one probably better. And the cheese red bean toast was delicious. I expected red bean paste but it was whole red bean with cheese and very gooey. It was good. The only downside is the place is very small, only has a few counter seats facing the wall. But there is a seating area in the back.
