They only serve dry noodles, and they perfect it 👌

For the price I wish the portion was bigger, but overall it tasted good. The noodles were fresh and flavorful. The food also came out quickly and you ordered through a QR code on the table.

Delicious aburasoba!
Third time being here and they seems to be consistent.
Good place to grab a bowl of dry noodle. The salt is my favorite flavor as it reminds me of bakmi back home. Their chasu is one of the best in the game if you compare it to Kizuki, Danbo, and Santouka.
Portion is also great. I reccomend following their instruction to use the vinegar and chili oil and adjust as you go. Definitely try it baked without anything first though.
It's self service. Order and pay through qr code on table or you can talk to the cashier.
The place is clean and simple. Nothing to complain about

Absolutely loved my experience at Slurp Station!
This is hands down one of the best bowls of abura soba I’ve had in Seattle. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were spot on. The chashu pork was tender with just the right amount of char, the soft-boiled egg was perfectly jammy, and the bamboo shoots added a nice crunch. The noodles had great texture — springy and chewy — and the sauce coated everything evenly without being too heavy.
You can tell every ingredient is thoughtfully prepared. The green onions and shredded nori added the perfect finishing touches. Cozy spot, friendly service, and amazing food — I’ll definitely be back!

Very tasty aburasoba. The mushrooms, green onions, peas, and corn were fresh. Filling and delicious! Both plates were ready in less than seven minutes, prompt service.

I didn't know what aburasoba was, but it's basically a ramen without the broth. It was delicious. Because it doesn't have the broth, it is less salty so this is a good compromise for ramen. They don't have a mild spicy option, it's either 0 spice or 2/3 peppers. I got the 2 pepper and that was spicy (I think I handle spice pretty well). So fyi on the spice.

Worth the hype!!
We got the Tokyo Ganzo Aburasoda and it was absolutely amazing. The texture and flavor was phenomenal.
We only ordered one to share and they brought a second bowl for us which was so kind. If you are feeling pretty hungry you probably want your own.
Highly recommend!
