One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. A must if you’re in the area. The perfect mix of establishment, incredible food and old school service without the feeling by of being dated. I cannot speak higher of the place. Sean is a great waiter and Paul is a brilliant host.

Hands down this was one of our best dinners ever. Shawn took very good care of us and the special steaks was like none other. The manager gave us a bag of the special salts they use on the steaks to try at home. Next time we are in Seattle we will definitely be back.

We were very disappointed in the quality of all the food. We got the American wagyu filet and it was very mediocre. My lobster in the bisque actually tasted rancid. The Mac and Cheese also was very mediocre. We have had steak in many wonderful restaurants and this was not worth the cost. The restaurant also needs an overhaul. We went here for a birthday celebration and wish we picked a different place. Try something else!

We had a delicious dinner at the Met. We started with the steak medallions which were seasoned great with a generous portion especially for two people. For dinner I got the lobster which was huge and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as well. My husband got a steak combo which came with a filet, American wagyu filet and a Japanese ohmi filet, all 4 oz. It was a great way to taste the difference of all three and was a ton of food. Came with choice of side.We got a birthday creme brulee for dessert which was a great finish.Great scotch and whiskey selection and a huge wine menu. They have valet parking but since it was Sunday we took advantage of free street parking. Reservation was easy to make online. Love our dinner.

Great steak house, everything was great. Steaks(ribeye and filet), oysters, lobster bisque, asparagus, mashed potato, bone marrow. Would pass on the bone marrow as it was lacking flavor.

The Metropolitan Grill is a great steakhouse in downtown Seattle. I have eaten both lunch and dinner here, by myself, and with my family. They have amazing steaks and great side selections. The service is top-notch as you would expect from a find steakhouse. Thank you so much Metropolitan Grill for offering a wonderful place to eat in downtown Seattle. The macaroni and cheese is absolutely the best.

Pork chop initially was dry, but as I took two more bites, it got much more moist. Great cocktails, but they should stock Crown Royal Black. My friends enjoyed the evening.Vegetarian options: Salads, soupsParking: Valet, after 4:30. $16 fee. Plus always tip the valet

We had an incredibly disappointing meal. Both my girlfriend and I had steaks that were far under-cooked, then when they came back, they still weren’t cooked well, and they were charred on the outside. Also the baked potato was barely warm when it arrived. By the time they cooked it again, the rest of my group was almost done their meals and I didn’t have time to wait for them to cook it for a 3rd time. A meager discount was given for a very expensive meal that I could have gone to outback and gotten a better meal, for far cheaper.I’d suggest finding another place to spend your money. You will be disappointed with Metropolitan Grill.
