The steaks here truly stand out, especially the skirt steak, which was cooked beautifully with the ideal level of doneness and a wonderfully crisp layer of fat. The flavor was bold, balanced, and memorable from the first bite. The aged New York strip was another highlight, and the bone marrow appetizer added a rich and indulgent touch to the meal. Each dish showed great attention to detail, making this a must-visit for serious steak lovers.

Wow! This was a spiritual experience. My son and I were on a trip to Seattle to celebrate his graduation and he wanted a steak dinner. This was THE steak dinner of our lives. Absolutely delicious and the highest of quality. The seasoning was perfect and our steaks were cooked exactly to our desires. The service was top notch.
