When I visited their vegan flavors were chocolate chip and apple cinnamon. They tasted really good (esp. the apple cinnamon) and were nice and thick, but a couple seemed underbaked.
When I went there, they had 2 cookie options, apple and cinnamon, and cookies and cream. The cookies were okay, I found them kinda chalky. They didn’t have any vegan ice cream options.
All the flavors taste the same to me. The flavoring is extremely minimal to the point of non-existence. Have tried 4 flavors. They have a kind of sandy, crumbly texture that reminds me of gluten free baked goods. I did try one gluten free and it was fine, non-descript and kind of...vanilla play dough reminiscent in overall flavor. $3 is also too much for a not-even-very-big cookie. All three stars are for the Lopez Island ice cream they sell in pints/half pints- truly excellent...
