The food was disappointing—the rice wasn't right, it was dry, I can't even describe it, something was off. I definitely won't be coming back a second time (this was my first visit). The cafe smelled like an old canteen—musty and damp.
We were traveling from out of state specifically to head to the Flight museum and my husband wanted teriyaki on the way. We sought this place out for it's nearness to the museum. It ended up being fabulous food, came out quickly, and we didn't realize how much food we were getting! 3 meals for two adults and two kids fed us all lunch and then later supper as well. My husband said there are teriyaki places all over Seattle and this one was a gem!
Absolutely love this place have been going for about 10 years and it is amazing every time. I was sad to see the low stars they have so I decided to leave a review and hopefully increase it as they are great people. The food is good and the portions are huge.
