I have been to this place 3 times way before Covid and they constantly failed. 1st time I went I just stood around and everybody just completely ignored me servers and all. Second time I went with my family and sat at the chefs counter. The chef was so out of it and he clearly wanted to go home, he served myself and my guests cold steaks which we returned after reheating them then they were well done mind you steaks cost $80 and above. 3 rd time I went for happy hr and the bartender was so rude standoffish and better than everybody that I just left. I have heard similar stories from other minorities so I guess it is what it is.

The place for dinner is very good. There are plenty of options on their menu and a wide variety of wines. As most folks are on holiday and just enjoying their time, the atmosphere is very enjoyable. I'd recommend it to others.

They allow reservations online, but are closed. A concierge at Hotel Max let us know they think it's closed permanently. They should probably stop allowing online reservations (complete with a confirmation email). The folks at the hotel were super helpful! 5/5 for them. Unfortunately on a Saturday we fear we might've lost out on a reservation at a nicer restaurant for our last night of vacation. Oh well, plenty of suggestions from Hotel Max and plenty of good dining in Seattle, just be careful and don't count on them being open.

Pre C-19 I loved the corned beef hash. Recently loved their Thanksgiving take home meals.

We went to Miller's Guild when they reopened a month ago. The food was as good as I remembered it. The ribeye steak and steak tartare were both amazing. The service was great, very attentive and pleasant. We also had the octopus and it was phenomenal.

We had the pleasure of being back on their first night re-opened- SO GOOD!!I had the half chicken and it was tender and juicy and the spices were just right. The brussel sprouts were really great too- i like the addition of the grapes in this dish- unexpected and refreshing.I cannot wait to try a steak next time!

Went to this restaurant opening week and the food was the best I've had in Seattle in years! The octopus was the best I've had ever, and I have dined on some of the best cuisine all around the world. The steak was amazing and perfectly cooked, and the Wagu beef cheese burger was hands down the best tasting beef burger I've had. Totally disagree with the negative review concerning covid, we came in with a party of 12 and the restaurant made sure we had masks on, and seated us a two separate 6 person tables as required by Jay Inslee's covid 19 restaurant requirements which as of October 6th, dropped same house hold parties and upped the table limit from 5 to 6 people. If you haven't tried this restaurant yet you must go, it's one of Seattle's best kept secrets!

This restaurant used to be so much better. They are not doing food as well these days and not taking Covid-19 seriously AT ALL. My kids were with their dad who had them and three other households together at the same table last week. One of the friend's was just diagnosed with Covid-19. This is how it spreads. NOT TAKING BASIC precautions to keep others safe.

Made reservations and was seated quickly by a fabulous hostess. Love the ambiance at this place! Sat at the chefs counter so we could watch the magic happening in the kitchen. The chefs were amazing and the food was top notch. Micheal and Pierre were amazing, I highly recommend the filet (was the best steak I ever had)! The ahi tacos were delicious and the truffle pasta was out of this world. This is my new go- to! Located in the same building as the Max Hotel and parking across the street was breezy. A must visit for craft cocktails and the best steak I've ever had in Seattle. Tables were carefully social distanced during awkward COVID times and all employees were masked for safety. They offer to-go options as well. Go there, you'll be glad you did!
