Absolutely the best tortillas available. All sorts of hand crafted masa made from an interesting variety of corns. Not only do they taste great but they are beautiful too.
Anything you get from here is going to be absolutely delicious. Salsa, chips, cornbread (now my girlfriend’s favorite weekend breakfast) and of course the tortillas.
They also carry a range of high quality Masienda products, which is awesome because shipping can be rough if you if you just want a bag or two of masa harina.
I nixtamalize my own masa and make tortillas at home from scratch, but if I want to buy some instead, this is the place. Incredibly kind and welcoming staff, full of knowledge of their products and respect for the community.
Great quality masa from a local business! We made blue corn tortillas with the masa we purchased.
Best tortillas ever....so fresh and made with different corn, so they're different colors and taste slightly different. Love these!
Delicious tortillas! Also there was a pop-up that featured their tortillas. The veggie tacos were the best!
That cornbread tho... I'm originally from Georgia and nobody makes cornbread better than their G-momma's cornbread... except Milpa Masa. Seriously, I NEVER thought I would utter such words, but hands down the best. I ordered 2 dozen for Thanksgiving/Indigenous People Day big family dinner and our drama last year was who was eating the last one (and not my personal business, lol) I am a very low carb eater, but will indulge in those incredible tortillas and that amazing cornbread on occasion. Every bite tastes like some variety of fresh corn--a flavor profile as intricate as a fine wine. Each corn tortilla type, whether Bloody Butcher, blue corn, etc, pairs well with my favorites, like grilled salmon, pork carnitas, grilled NY strip steak, lengua. Trust when I say Our tacos aren't basic and the tortillas here are worthy. The proprietors are super folks, collaborating with other Pop-ups bringing great quality food to the neighborhood.
Tasty treats!
Hard to go back to store bought when you’ve had Milpa Masa tortillas. They’re easily the best tortillas I’ve had.The corn comes through, and each kind has distinct characteristics. Loved the bloody butcher corn tortillas as they had an earthy, almost meaty flavor to them. The owners are really sweet and friendly as well, always a joy to drop by and grab a bag!Oh and grab their cornbread if they have it, very light and corny ?.
Respectful helpful and mostly gluten free. They had corn bread today and have the corn tortillas we love.

These tortillas have set the bar for us. Flavor. Texture. Color. They're amazing. We only use grocery store tortillas under duress now. Perla and Roman are a pleasure to talk to, friendly and informative. Weekend-only hours make it a special trip, but it's very much worth it. Do not miss.
Wonderful blue tortillas
Delicious masa and tortillas, we are so happy to live just a few blocks away. We visited yesterday for the first time and definitely heading back today! We made sopes with the blue corn masa and they were soooo good.
Roman was super helpful in selecting tortillas for our meal. He gave us great tips on cooking and presenting them. Thanks for the great tortillas!
Delicious tortillas, I love getting these on the weekends
