MINATO offers exceptional rice bowls, with standout dishes like gyudon and chirashi bowl, featuring perfectly seasoned meat and fragrant vinegar rice. Known for high-quality ingredients, especially in their sushi and fish, the service is excellent and quick. The raw fish has been great quality every time, with good flavor and thick cuts. They include extra toppings and the wasabi is perfect, not too spicy. Customers praise the friendly staff and great customer service. MINATO is a sister restaurant to Issei next door, with much better fish. Note: This is a take-out only restaurant with no table service.
