Staff were friendly in most areas. The gentleman working the ice cream shop looked and acted like he hated his job. If riding the Great Wheel be sure to bring a puke bag with you if you get motion sickness as they do not have any. The response was sorry we dont have anything like that, when I asked for a plastic bag they said they didn't have one. Fortunately I didn't get sick, but had I, they would be stuck cleaning. Such a fun place! Our group did the wings over Washington ride and had so much fun! We truly enjoyed it. Getting tickets online was a breeze and we had no issues redeeming them. The ride itself was a bit shorter then expected but still worth doing! Its similar to soaring at Disney but maybe even better? I think the intro room was very fun and unquie and really added to the Washington feel!

Iconic stop in the city to get the view of the Waterfront. Morning run here was awesome too with decent crowds. Pretty rich options for dining or just grabbing bites and drinks, including shopping for gifts.
