Our first time visiting. Our server, Mason was attentive, funny, knowledgeable and helped us choose the best appetizers and entrees!! The other servers did not seem as attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant, not only because of the food but because of the service!

Fantastic experience from the service to the meals and drinks. Our waiter went above and beyond. The apps, entrees and dessert was delicious and so were the cocktails! Hopefully can make another visit soon!

We don't know how it was but upset that they let us reserve a table but were closed for private event. It's not convenient to park your car, pay the parking, walk all the way to the restaurant and get surprised by the closed door. It's either the restaurant's fault or open table, so better fix that in future

We came here for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive, and the food was excellent. Everything felt special and well taken care of. I just wish they had a location in Bellevue so we could visit more often!

A wonderful way to spend the evening! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Shoutout to our waiter Mason, who went above and beyond to explain the dishes and make the experience truly memorable. The food was tasty, beautifully plated, and the ambience was one of a kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

I write with concern for one of my favorite Seattle restaurants. Having looked at reviews from the last time my wife and I dined there, I was surprised by the number of complaints about service, the lack of depth of flavor in dishes and the temperature of foods. Some of these I put down to a misunderstanding about the restaurant's ambitions. Those diners seeking their hometown RoganJosh, Biryani, Tikka Masala, Saag or Vindaloo will be disappointed. Mint Progressive is taking some classical and many new techniques, traditional spices, as well as different proteins and vegetables to invent an innovative selection of new tastes. For us, it has previously accomplished this with flying colors. The curse of innovative cooking, though, is that you cannot stand on previous success. The menu last night, however, seemed unchanged in a year. More disappointing was the marked turnover in wait staff that had previously been enthusiastic and buoyant about the food. Descriptions were simplistic and the waitress did not introduce herself or her trainee. She was not offputting, just uninterested. The amuse bouche was the same we had enjoyed several times but we uncharacteristically left some behind. The food continued to be beautifully displayed but, to our astonishment, not a single dish seemed to have come straight from an oven or skillet. Literally every dish, the crab croquettes, the southern fried cauliflower, the lamb shank, and the kofta were lukewarm at best and room temperature at worst. The same was true of the naan and the paratha. The croquettes were tough from what I assume was more than one frying. The shank was flavorful but sabotaged by a cold serving platter and a lukewarm presentation. It felt as if the executive chef's recipes were being followed but he/she was no longer in charge. I hope this was just a bad day and I am incorrect but we will not be trying again for a while.

We love this place. Small appetizers but they're very tasty and worth every penny, so get a phew.

Great place for a birthday dinner. They greeted us with a complementary appetizer and finished with a complementary slice of cake. Our server, Mason, was very attentive and knowledgeable about all of the menu choices. He was very genuine and thoughtful. The drinks, appetizers and entrées were all served perfectly spaced apart. The food and drinks were delicious and aesthetically pleasing.

Okay, I was put off at first by the request that we wait to be seated until our reserved time, and again when the waiter was unfamiliar with some Indian dishes we were accustomed to, but once the first dish came out we were in heaven! The ground, spiced ground lamb kebob in a potato "box" was amazing! Then the Saag with Roti came out and we realized this was the best food we had on our entire three day visit to Seattle. We will definitely return on our next visit!
