I have spent lots of time in Paris, and Mirabelle is superb. Not just authentic, but the best. And of course the staff and service are excellent. Everything on the menu is delicious.
Easiest 5 stars I've given in my life.. If you are in downtown and looking for a baked good, stop searching and get yourself to Mirabelle ASAP. Nowhere else in Seattle will a butter croissant genuinely melt in your mouth - the details in the shop are impeccably accurate, down to the cafe tables and lights in the shop - my cortisol levels drop every time I eat here. Truly a piece of Paris and Europe in Seattle - nothing comes close.
Cute little bakery open early ish. Seating inside limited, but I had a take out order. They seemed busy already on just opening, but wait wasn't very long at all and all staff were super nice. Food was good, all approvals from the office. Will def go back!
