The owner and staff are amazing! Great energy and the atmosphere is really inviting! Moved to Seattle not too long ago, this places brings me right back home! Not Vietnam but Vancouver. πŸ˜‰ the broth has a deep flavour and meat is tender! Its a must try! It jammed packed but the staff are super efficient and will get you a table quick!

PhΓ³ base is delicious and the best I’ve tried at a restaurant. Great bowl of soup that came with add-ons. I ordered the beef ribs with meatballs. Meatballs were beef w/tendon (I prefer only beef). The beef ribs were delicious with the meat just falling right off the bone. Downside, a lot of fatty pieces which I don’t like, but some people love this. I've been here twice. Parking wasn't a problem but this place is popular and busy, so expect to wait (they text you when your table is ready). Definitely worth the 30 minute wait, they have some dishes I haven't seen anywhere else. Satisfying, quality, sufficient service. Try it!
