The food we ordered was okay. The chips were burnt and it felt like they skimped on a lot of items listed as part of our food, like the cheese and avocado. The kids pancakes were great and our son loved them. We would go back if a friend asked to go there and give it another chance, but probably wouldn’t choose it if it was just us.

West Seattle is full of great restaurants but honestly, this one’s my absolute favorite! The atmosphere is awesome amidst such a vibrantly colorful and uniquely decorated interior. The staff is super friendly and easy going, and the service they provide is truly top notch. Most importantly, the food is face meltingly incredible! We visited Mission Cantina on a Friday evening, 03/27/2026 and it was very busy. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, the entrance especially makes a great first impression and really sets the tone for the space.

We ordered a vegetarian burrito, shrimp tacos, and cheese enchiladas. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. It took a long time for our server to come take our order, and the food also arrived much later than expected. From what we overheard,...
