Crowd pleaser, all around. Quick service and pleasant staff. Will be back!
Strawberry Ice Cream: 10/10. Hospitality: Missing.
Showed up at 10:30pm on a Tuesday for a late-night ice cream fix. At 10:45, a staff member decided I’d had enough joy for one night and told me they were closed—while other people waltzed in and got served like VIPs.
Apparently, the ice cream is for everyone… except me?
If you’re craving fresh strawberry ice cream packed with real fruit and a side of attitude, this is your spot. But if you’re hoping to sit down without getting passive-aggressively kicked out, maybe try a place where “customer service” isn’t just a myth.
Long lines move quick. Best ice cream in town I think
My first Molly Moon’s! Why is the ice cream so gas!! We tried the salted caramel, honey lavender, and vegan coconut. All have a great depth of flavor, especially the salted caramel. Will think about this ice cream 4ever

The ice cream is amazing, but the service ruins it. None of the workers said hello — just eye rolls and attitude. The guy who helped us barely looked up, asked “what’s flavor?”, rang us up, then went right back to his phone. No thank you, nothing. Super unwelcoming vibe.
Sorbet isn't too sweet like store bought. Stays open until 11pm
I was visiting from New York for the week and stopped in here all but one night (only because we were out too late). Everyday the staff were all so friendly despite the long lines and sometimes ruder clientele that may have walked in. The ice cream was genuinely the best I’ve ever had. They also were accommodating with me wanting to add some of the blueberry compote to Mollys Favorite Sundae ( 10/10 would recommend ). I haven’t stopped thinking about it. I got a hat but regret not grabbing more merchandise I’ve been talking about this as the highlight of my trip. If you’re in the area you have no reason not to stop in.
A pleasant note as well to learn that the employees are paid a fair wage. Can’t think of a single thing I didn’t enjoy about my time at this establishment. It will be a while before I’m here again but I hope for your continued success!
Pretty good chocolate shake, better than the chains. There's a long line, so it was about a 20 minute waite to get the shake. Cost was about $11. A nice feature of shopping here is that the shop ownership pays higher wages, so you don't have to deal with the awkwardness of tipping. For those not used to the environmentally-friendly straws, it's nice to be able to use sustainable products, but be aware the straws are very brittle.
Always yummy!!
Staff was welcoming and the ice cream was delicious. I had the cookies and cream and it was very good.
Parking: Limited number of paid street parking. There is some free street parking but it is also limited

Delicious Sasquatch ice cream in a waffle cone. It’s the Yeti flavor with chocolate instead of sweet cream. I finished it before taking a photo. Not much seating.

The cookies and cream and mint brownie were both fantastic in a waffle cone. The employees were very patient and helpful too!
