Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

We've perfected our cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of our homemade cream filling. An ice cream shop classic! To make this flavor we use organic strawberries from Viva Farms-an amazing farm incubator in our very own Skagit Valley. It has swirls and chunks of these locally grown strawberries plus a touch of organic vanilla extract.

Dark chocolate chips from K'ul Chocolate are folded into a fresh cherry ice cream made with rich organic coconut milk and Van, Lambert, and Bing cherries from Alberg Cherry Farm's orchards in Royal City, Washington.

Wow was I impressed with this place! It’s a very small shop, but the line goes quickly and the staff was very nice. I did a make your own sundae with the sweet cream ice cream and hot fudge topping, very yummy! I’m glad this place is a chain and I hope to see more of these shops open up!

Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream was the perfect stop for a sweet treat while exploring Capitol Hill. The shop has a welcoming, neighborhood feel. I ordered a seasonal cherry ice cream in a cup, and it was excellent. The focus on seasonal ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations helps distinguish Molly Moon's from a typical ice cream shop. Whether you're a Seattle local or just visiting, Molly Moon's is absolutely worth a stop.

I have completed 4 of their loyalty cards. That should be a testament to their amazing ice cream. One of my go to places for ice cream and given it's right next to the park it is a wonderful place to get a nice dessert
