Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

We've perfected our cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of our homemade cream filling. Most chocolate ice creams are made using cocoa powder, but we use 70% dark, organic, fair trade Theo Chocolate. We melt the chocolate bars using a hot mixture of cream, milk and sugar and the result is a dense, extra fudgy chocolate ice cream unlike any other.

This is such a good place to have icecream. I visited while going to Keller Park, and tried their hot fudge with cookies & cream with waffle, it was amaazingg! This place is also in a cute neighbourhood. Do stop by if you’re visiting Kerry Park.

Incredible ice cream, but please educate your staff on the donations/causes the business is supporting. As I was trying to make small talk while paying for my order, I brought up the Juneteenth 10% sales donation and got dismissed by an employee that wasn’t aware of it. It was super weird to have someone be rude about my inquiry/comment on the (lovely) Juneteenth donation. I left a comment (now deleted) about this on the Instagram post, but no one bothered to reply.

Delicious ice cream! Plus, they were extremely accommodating of food allergies. They make everything in house, and their ice creams are nut free. They have hazelnut topping that they keep separate, but are extremely willing to open a new tub of ice cream for you.
