Our cookies and cream ice cream is unlike any other you've tasted. We've perfected our cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of our homemade cream filling. The result is an irresistible ice cream with chunks and speckles of these tasty cookie morsels in every bite!

Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

Every year we buy thousands of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies directly from local scouts! The cookies get crushed and folded into mint ice cream made with extract from Washington-grown organic peppermint.

brownie mint ice cream might very well be the best ice cream ive ever had the luxury to enjoy, holy smokes i cant get enough it is literally pwrfection in ice cream form. Snoqualmie smores and mollys scout mint are my all time favorite number 1. locked in. staff was great here too still friendly and great attitude even though we came in right before close and scoop size is reasonable. i will come back i have no choice really. mint brownie is too good.

A great selection of excellent flavors in this lovely local ice cream shop. I had orange creamcicle (spelling?) and my partner had cookies in mint ice cream (it had a way better name). Both were DELICIOUS. Outdoor.and indoor seating.
