About Momosan Seattle

Momosan Seattle offers attentive service in a nice atmosphere with a brutalist interior and large windows. While the prices are fair and the meal presentation is striking, some dishes like the ramen were lacking in flavor. The tsukemen broth was described as oily and flavorless, while the tantanmen had good broth and meat but chewy noodles. The fries fried in duck fat had a subtle flavor. Despite some drawbacks like tacky branding and uncomfortable seating, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the drinks are fantastic, making it a recommended restaurant to visit.

Chef Morimoto crafts absolutely delicious ramen and other Japanese-inspired dishes with perfectly balanced flavors. The Spicy Tonkotsu and gyoza are fantastic, and the Karaage, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Spicy Vegan Ramen are all delicious. The drinks are phenomenal, and the service is top-notch. While the food and ambiance are amazing, some servers can be inattentive or rude, especially with families. Diners may need extra patience when waiting for service, but the outstanding dishes and friendly staff make it a spot worth trying.
