The service was attentive and kind, the atmosphere of the dining area was nice with large windows and a brutalist interior, and the prices were appropriate with striking meal presentation - but, both of our ramen dishes were lacking flavor in some areas regarding the protein, broth, and noodles. Furthermore, we wouldn’t have noticed the fries were anything special if the menu didn’t explicitly state that they were fried in duck fat (maybe a very subtle flavor).Otherwise, all of the branding was a bit tacky and we felt that it cheapened the experience.

Over price and not even good. Sad had high hopes. Better off eating at any other Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. Avoid.

What a disappointment! Lacksadical, indifferent and slow service coupled with lukewarm ramen demonstrates the continuing decline of this restaurant. Previous meals were mostly good but at this visit the ramen was a total miss - my chasu pork (Chasu Ramen) was replaced with poached pork belly strips without any explanation. Kaarage chicken is very good but not a value for 4 pieces. Many better options for ramen in Seattle at lower price points. I will not return.

Probably our favorite meal in Seattle. Amazing ramen dishes. We kept saying to each other, “this is so good!” Highly recommend.

Fabulous food and service. A must have is the ginger scallion “sauce.” It’s incredible.

I ordered the tsukemen and the broth I was looking forward to, was very oily, didn't have any flavor; basically oily water. My husband ordered the tantanmen which he said that he enjoyed the broth and meat, but the noodles were chewy and not slurpable. Our waiter was amazing and at no fault for the way the food tasted.

We have been here twice in about a year. I only give it 4 stars because the seating and volume level are not comfortable and the shared restroom was pretty gross both times we visited. However, the staff were great. The food was awesome. The drinks were also great. I recommend this restaurant.

It took them an hour to get us our food and the place was pretty empty. The service was slow but for being the only waiter there he was pretty polite. The food was good but i wouldn't recommend if you want to be there and out quick.

Momosan ramen is as many previous reviewers mentioned, rather bland. Let's start with the soft drinks which were not good. The chili wontons were good. The duck fat fries were decent, like McDonald's fries. The ramen were rather plain and uninspiring. If I were an iron chef I would be embarrassed to present such pedestrian food. A disappointment to say the least.

Momosan is a pretty solid experience. The portions are great and you get what you pay for. On weekends, this place is usually packed so make sure you eat food at an off hour. Though I'm disappointed they don't have a specific ramen with a huge beef shank sticking out of it anymore (it was a pre-Covid thing), I still recommend it for friend meetups or dates. The bathroom is outside of the restaurant and you need to use a code to get access to it FYI.
