The service was attentive and kind, the atmosphere of the dining area was nice with large windows and a brutalist interior, and the prices were appropriate with striking meal presentation - but, both of our ramen dishes were lacking flavor in some areas regarding the protein, broth, and noodles. I ordered the tsukemen and the broth I was looking forward to, was very oily, didn't have any flavor; basically oily water. My husband ordered the tantanmen which he said that he enjoyed the broth and meat, but the noodles were chewy and not slurpable. Our waiter was amazing and at no fault for the way the food tasted.
