Got the cheese blend squares and it was a solid pie. The black garlic cheese bread had a bit of a weird after taste but to each is own. Coming from the midwest the Detroit style is common and highly regarded. This needs a bit more to give you the same experience/ quality but worth a try.
I finally made it. I definitely see where all the hype came from. We got the pepperoni a full size and a small. It was absolutely delicious, ended up eating it all night and finished it. Definitely reheat in the air fryer definitely will be back to try the different pizzas.
I was really expecting to like Moto, but it did not live up to expectations. I will say the crust is decent for the type of pizza it is, and the ingredients are good quality. But the pizza sauce was extremely sweet which really threw off the flavor of the pizza. I’m talking sugary sweet, not just on the sweeter side. The black garlic cheese bread was a little better, but it was surprisingly mild with the black garlic flavor so it was a little bland.
