Mr. Bian Dumpling Reviews
Service was good, food was decent. We ordered the bian dumplings, beef and fennel dumplings, eggplant/potato/bell pepper stir fry, and tofu skin stir fry. The bian dumplings were good - not chewy or dry. The beef and fennel dumplings were a little tough, but not too dry. The tofu skin stir fry was okay - good flavor, but not something I'd reorder. Authentic dumpling like my neighbor used to make. Properly steamed and the contents where not to dry and not to sogy just right for dipping sauces. Don't believe the reviews on dry dumplings they are just used to under cooked soggy dumplings. I also order the potato eggplant pepper flavor was well ballenced and properly cooked.

Yo this place is the best barbershop in Seattle. Every time I go in they get me right, ever barber knows what’s good. I trust these guys- sometimes I’m not sure how I want it cut, but they have the eye and talent to execute a 10/10 each time. The vibes are great too. Super friendly and charismatic people there. 5 stars all the way
