They make a beautiful bagel. I was immediately surprised when I pulled it outta the bag bc it was so soft. The inside was fluffier + doughier than any bagel I’ve had before + I regret eating it rip + dip style bc it absolutely flattened btw my fingers. I wanna try another one + gently cut it in half so I can feel it sink under my teeth, but they don’t sell vegan cream cheese + I’m not about to buy another whole ass tub. For that, they lose a star.
Best bagels of the West Coast! Their everything bagel paired with their spicy scallion cream cheese is an amazing combination. Super friendly family staff and definitely worth the wait in this beautiful neighborhood! (But order ahead for pick up if you want to avoid the line!)
