Good bagels, but lacking that fresh-baked warmth. I got there right at opening to ensure I’d get something hot, but everything was surprisingly cold and didn't have the fresh-out-the-oven feel. The spicy scallion cream cheese was solid, though nothing groundbreaking. It’s a decent spot with a very manageable line if you go early on the weekday, but I personally prefer a shop where the bagels feel a bit fresher and warmer in the morning.
this bagel lives up to the hype. had salt bagel w spicy scallion cream cheese. so fresh and tasty with perfect texture. will certainly be back maybe even for big preorder before a picnic. pricey but good bagels are hard to find. shout out to the cutie working register too, so friendly. next time will hope to score a cookie (they had already run out for the day). yum!!
Things to know before you go. Bring your own knife. No slicing or toasting. No napkins. You need to buy the whole tub of cream cheese. They cannot put the cream cheese on the bagel for you.

Drove an hour to try this legendary bagel and opted out because I was not prepared.
