I love this place but it’s gotten pricey and not as good! I think there are some new hires because the last few times I noticed the costumer service wasn’t as good and they have to ask several times what my order is.
The drinks are decent but the customer service is so poor. The baristas have incredibly rude attitudes towards their customers. I have been there multiple times and the customer service has not improved.
I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I tried a lotus drink for the first time and it was so good! Im glad to find a coffee alternative. They also have treats for dogs which I thought was cute.
