This is a hole in the wall type place. Idk why people are expecting 5 star location-this isn't that. You want 5 star establishment with 1 star prices? Yall trippin. What it is-is a family establishment. Inflation is high so of course you gotta go with the times. The food is always on par, catering is amazing-prices are always lower than any other vietnamese shop. Banh mi is about $7-8 bucks which is nothing compared to some that charge upwards to $11-15. I enjoyed the sandwich, the bread was both soft and crispy. The atmosphere is a family owned feel. Will definitely it'll come again, and try something different.

I ordered sandwiches and sugarcane juice from My’s Vietnamese Sandwiches and Deli, and everything was amazing! The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. The sugarcane juice was perfectly refreshing. To top it off, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert, which was such a kind gesture. Great food, generous portions, and warm service—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
