I waited five minutes before going to the bar and ordering something for myself. It is overwhelmingly decorated, which is fine for a dive bar, but isn’t a place that I’d go regularly.

Nacho Borracho in Capitol Hill is an absolute gem! The shrimp burrito was phenomenal—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The carne asada burrito was also delicious, with generous portions that definitely didn’t disappoint. But what truly blew my socks off were the al pastor tacos. The orange sauce that came with them was out of this world, adding just the right kick to each bite. The burritos were massive, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
One small downside was that they were out of chicken, but honestly, the other options were so good I didn’t mind too much. It’s worth noting that this spot is inside a bar, so the music and patrons can get pretty loud. However, if you’re okay with a lively atmosphere, Nacho Borracho is a must-go! Don’t let the noise deter you—this place is a true Capitol Hill treasure.

Since I moved to Seattle this place seemed full of mysticism, a dark place full of little red lights that invited me to enter, I regret that it took me more than a year to enter. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Normally bar food everywhere is not the best food in the world, but this does not happen at Nacho Drunk. There is no need to divide your plans to go out to eat and then stop by for a beer, here you can do both and be satisfied, both with the service and with the palate. My favorite drink is the margarita with mezcal instead of tequila (they replace the type of alcohol at no cost if you ask) and for food, birria tacos.

Pretty good for a late night place. Nachos are $14 and plenty to share among 4 people. We got the chicken one which was decent. If you're in capitol hill with friends at night, I'd recommend dropping in. DJ was playing some good music too

It's such a cool place. It's git this great punk rock vibe. Go a few times, and it will quickly become your spot. The other thing is it's usually busy, but every time I've gone with my girlfriend, a booth somehow opens up. That kind of magical place.

Great bar, but the food isn't up to par. Ordered nachos with beef. Nacho chips were soggy and there was little to no beef at all. Charged me 8 dollars to add beef too. Its like they just threw it together. Not what I expected. I'll hit the bar, but never order food there again.
