Been going here since high school (2006) Owners are super friendly you can find them in the back cooking your food. I live further north now and anytime my family is in Lake City neighborhood we make an effort to stop and eat and say hi.
Food hasn't changed since 2006 and can always expect high quality.
Thank you so much for serving me all these years, sorry it's taken me forever to do a review.

Hands down the best teriyaki in town! Friendly service, quick cook time, and absolutely delicious food—especially the tofu teriyaki, which is the best in the area.

This is a gem of a teriyaki place in Seattle. It is one of the best I have ever tasted in this country and I hope everybody also continues to support this lovely small business.

Nasai Teriyaki is SO. GOOD.
TLDR; Amazing quality food, price is right, big portions, great owners.
I’d like to start this review out by saying that their rice is cooked to absolute perfection. It’s so good and sticky and unlike the obviously boxed rice their competitors use. I’m very picky about meat from restaurants because I absolutely can not stand the gross, chewy, fatty, gristle texture, so I usually stuck with the fried tofu. Their meat is the opposite of the gross “food” I just described. I saw my boyfriends food and saw that it actually LOOKED / smelled like real chicken, I actually tried some and was SO HAPPY IT WAS REAL CHICKEN!
Their prices are low, portions are LARGE! It took me a couple of days to finish mine lol.
Last but not least, the owners are awesome! Very friendly, kind, humble people and it was a joy getting to meet their family. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

This is a small mom and pop restaurant. The food was really good and the owners were very friendly. The prices are really good too. I will definitely eat here again when I'm in the area.

Great food and large portions. Great customer service and areas are clean. The food was very delicious and tasty. Service was quick and easy. The only drawback are the prices, it's very expensive for even 1 plate.

I've loved this place since 1995!!! No joke. Never had a bad dish. Best salad dressing too!
