I brought a friend with me from out of town to visit this cat cafe- neither of us had been before. The staff were very kind and it was clear how much love is put in to the care and well being of the kitties. I’d recommend coming here, they have cute stickers and cat toys and other merch as well! Bring a few friends, I think the experience would be best with a slightly bigger group of friends (maybe 4-5) just so you have more people you know in the room with you (meaning, fewer strangers in the room) since they do cap the number of people that can be in the room at a time (for the kitties safety and wellbeing!).

Parking: May be difficult to find a spot really close, will likely have to park a couple blocks out on the street. Parking was cheap, about 5$ for just over an hour. It wasn’t TERRIBLE, but give yourself some extra time and grace to find a spot.

I went to ignore the cats and have them ignore me. Also to recharge, and they all said hello, and we're absolutely joyful to be around

Didn't get much in terms of food, did get to try some canned royal tea.
Place itself, it's a cat cafe of course the cats are amazing. They do have set schedules so expect a bit of a wait if your walking in.
The time I went was very quiet, and some of the staff even let me give the cats some snacks :)

Very lovely place with very lovely people who take big steps in making sure their cats are comfy.
Would take a cat from them if I could

Took my almost 3 year old daughter Sunday afternoon and she loved it. Her favorite stop during our whole Seattle trip weekend. Mostly black cats right now FYI. Be aware this is mostly watching them sleeping if you go on a sleepy late afternoon. Hardly any playing going on. The folks do a good job selling you beverages and anything else you want to purchase though if you get bored. But overall for the pictures and a memorable first time experience it was lovely. Walk-Ins accepted but good luck. This is a downtown busy city. We tried to go Saturday night walk in and got turned away (me-mad and frustrated). So yes do make and pay for reservations beforehand if you really want this!

Randomly stumbled upon this place. What a cute little gem! $25 for an hour to meet n greet cats! There are great snacks/ drinks available for purchase. I loved the pear cider. All of the merchandise and decor is fabulous! The vibe is relaxing and the staff are super friendly! Highly recommend if you just want a quaint place to drink or see some kitties!

A must for Cat Lovers! They have cat themed treats & merchandise as well as cat toys. The best part is they have cats that can be adopted :)

I was in town for a conference and was so excited to find NEKO was within walking distance from the Summit convention center! I needed a break from people and learning and this was the respite I needed. The cats were cute and calm, just as the Instagram reels have indicated (totally worth following their account, btw). The space is clean and the ambience is warm and relaxing. Mickey is a sweet goofball and Danny Phantom stole my heart. Meeting and petting that majestic chonk of a cat was totally worth the visit! I didn't eat or drink anything while I was there, but if I hadn't eaten right before, I definitely would have bought a cute cat-shaped cookie.

They have adopted out over 200 cats from Neko café. This place was great. Awesome gift shot in person and online.

Too small.
Pet sitter in the cat room is polite but not kind.
The cats seem they don't like to be touched.
Kind of disappointed.
Coffee is just mid.
Not enough seats in the main cafe room. Me and my bf couldn't sit comfortably. We went to Starbucks after.
Has cute stickers.
