We are so lucky to have a locally owned and operated store like this in Seattle. Incredibly friendly service and great food!
Not going back. Done with 'custom sales.' No prices listed on products. Some items seem to have a different price depending on the employee. Today he tried overcharging me for coffee, when I called him on it(been in everyday this week), he lied about the price...it's in the register...not a custom sale. I could go on... Was my go-to, fortunately there's other options.
Great guy serving! Thanks for your small business!:)
Always got what you need. They have a little bit of everything.
We are always finding moldy and/or expired things in their store. It’s gross. Why don’t they check their products?
I’ve been coming here for years - the go-to market for the neighborhood. All the little things you need in a pinch, great selection and variety of on-the-go bites, snacks and drinks. And it’s actually a fantastic deli. I especially recommend the breakfast sandwiches. Made to order and 1/3 the price of other local bougie spots, and light years better. Great family ownership: super kind, honest, friendly people. The best spot in Belltown or Uptown for daily needs and definitely to grab stuff for a day or evening by the water in Myrtle Edwards park.

I think service would be a lot better if they weren’t playing around on their phones all the time… I just walk out I don’t even even make like a call for a scarf or anything. I have literally left stuff on the counter and they didn’t even notice me… I sit right outside my truck and just watch him look at it like where did this come from? Timmy, it’s funny just watching him care more about their Facebook or TikTok and making money. I’m scared for that business.

"I just had the most incredible sandwich experience at [NEW TOWN MARKET ] in downtown Seattle! The 'The classic BLT ' is hands down the best sandwich I've ever had - the perfect balance of juicy turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and melted cheddar cheese, all piled high on toasted sourdough bread.

Not open as advertised hours! Here 10:20pm! All the light are off and door was locked!
Was not welcomed into empty store and was waiting for sandwich service for over 15 minutes. Has expired products on shelves from 2023. Unsanitary, worker had to get lettuce and tomato from the back and when asked to change gloves said he did not touch anything and did not need to change their gloves. Ultimately decided not to eat anything they make.

Too expensive and overpriced. Prices change higher on whim. Never going back again - head over to Safeway and get items at half the price instead.
They're a mom and pop deli close to where I live. Their prices fluctuate too much so it leaves me so confused and frustrated - I'd rather go to Safeway instead where its cheaper and more affordable and save myself the frustration since prices here are rather high. Good place though if you need something quick or last minute - nice owner.
