I use to go to Huo Yan Hot Pot all the time, but then it shut down. I wasn't able to find a place that had broth that was just as good until I came across this place. AYCE and you order the menu through a QR app, so it's convenient. I recommend the Szechuan Pepper Broth!
This is a good spot for AYCE hotpot. Just be warned, it can be difficult to find parking!
It would be nice if there could be a more selection on the AYCE menu. Some suggestions I have are: quail eggs, and enoki mushrooms.

Amazing hot pot. The proportions were huge, they had a wide selection of sauce and broths, and were vegan and vegetarian friendly! I could not have thought of a better hot pot experience and am definitely going to go back
