The service was prompt. The brought the next course out at the exact time the prior course was finished. The tomato sauce was flavorful. Everything was good. The restaurant was crowded and got loud. Also it got very warm to to point of being uncomfortable.

What an amazing experience. We stopped here after our engagement photos at discovery park and what a gem we found! Would definitely recommend.

If you want good, high-quality food, definitely go — but if you expect good service, don’t even bother! On top of the terrible service, they have the nerve to charge a service fee! I just hope that fee goes straight to the kitchen staff instead of the servers.

We accidentally chose this place to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The service staff were not friendly at all, and they couldn’t seem to get our orders right. They first took our appetizer orders, then came back 15 minutes later to take the hot starter orders, and later the main courses — but the appetizers still hadn’t even arrived. The food took a very long time to come out. While waiting, we asked for bread and olive oil, and they even charged us for that.

We had brought a boxed cake with us for the celebration, and after the meal, they just placed the box on the table and left. When we asked if there was a knife, they said, “Don’t you have one?” I should’ve told them I’d bring one from home next time — but there definitely won’t be a next time. On top of that, they charged a $20 cake fee! I’ve never seen anything like that before. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered the spinach salad (amazing), and the house salad (also incredible). The bread is delicious and served warm. The fettuccine Alfredo was fair (lacks flavor, but the noodles were good), and the New York steak special was good (not great). The tiramisu and chocolate cake were good (not great). I'd say overall it was a nice evening with a pleasant atmosphere. I'd go back for lunch to have salad and bread, and maybe try a different pasta dish. The lasagna looked good.

We loved this cute spot in Ballard. Place is not very big and very busy but we had a reservation and they sat us immediately. The restaurant is so quaint with nice linen table cloths, big windows and lovely atmosphere. The food and service were excellent! We had the mushroom risotto with Scallops and shared the Cacio e Pepe and spaghetti bolognese, along with some yummy bread! Everything was fresh, flavorful and so good! Our waiter made the experience fun as well. Wine list is very nice and affordable! Ciao!!!

Great food, great service! I didn't order one of everything on the menu but I wanted to. Absolutely zero complaints from my party of 6.

My family and I ate here a few nights ago, and we absolutely loved it. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was incredible. Authentic reasonably priced italian food is a tall order in this city, and they checked every box. Definitely recommend giving it a try some time!

Wonderful service and delightful food. We came early on a Monday without reservations and were immediately seated. The waiter was patient, informative, answered our questions and made what turned out to be great recommendations. On Mondays, a bottle of wine is half price bringing all the bottles down to house red level. We had salad, bread (with a wonderful olive oil mixed with garlic and herbs), short ribs, lasagne, pene Nolita and chicken Marsala with almond Tarte for desert. We followed the waiter's recommendations for wine, short ribs and almond Tarte; each were spot on. All the food was good; I don't know the cook they have, but he or she is a winner. I would not hesitate to order anything on the menu.

We came back after 2 years since we aren't from around the area and it was fantastic again. The service was great and the food is the whole reason we rebooked this reservation. Great spot to go!

Food was really good, very authentic and tasty, however the server did not know basic questions and had to keep going to the kitchen to confirm. They even suggested the vegan pasta might have eggs in it.

Solid Italian-American food. They have lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those who are gluten-free. It can get very busy at times, leading to slow service.
