Okay, Nuodle…you’re pretty tasty! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. These dishes had a lot of flavor!!! And seemed authentic. You can choose your own noodles if you order a soup and they have several different options to choose from. You order from a kiosk then sit down and wait for your number to be called. Very tasty hidden gem on the ave! I highly recommend the braised pork and rice, along with ordering a side of pickled greens. All the staff were very kind and helpful, I will definitely be back!

Finally found a legit Lanzhou beef noodle soup in Seattle!! You can tailor the thickness / thinness of the noodles to your liking. They come in huge portions (not just the noodles but also the beef slices). We couldn’t finish the noodles.
