The classic pork sandwich tastes so so good! With crispy buns and juicy braised pork inside, it is just perfect and so tasty! Strongly recommended!!

Absolutely authentic Lanzhou ramen!I had missed this restaurant before because I thought it had a lower score, and it turns out that this is the Lanzhou Ramen in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, China that I had been searching for so hard in Seattle! So good, one bite back to China.

This is a hardcore northern Chinese restaurant, people either love it or hate it. + One thing good about them is that they hand pull noodle right in front of you(a large open kitchen). + clean and nicely spaced environment - However, they are less careful in providing service. This is my comfort food and I have been here more than 20 times.

The scallion oil noodles are delicious and equivalent to a yakisoba imo. The owners are super sweet, highly recommend this place!

Ribs very nice. Broth wasn't the best (not very thick).

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about - noodles were great, meat was tender, broth was delicious. Side dishes are also excellent and the combos have good value for the food you get. We had the spicy chicken soup and original beef + a beef sandwich which was also

Decent sauce and rice. Worst pork belly my daughter and I have ever had, and we normally love pork belly. Maybe the worst meat I've ever tasted. Disgusting. Bok choy was just fine.

Food sucks, and I'm also tired of being harassed by that roboting voice saying "hi you are being recorded" EVERY time I go to the lightrail. We have a RIGHT to be on the sidewalk! I hope this restaurant goes out of business because all it does is make my day more negative every single day when I'm going to school and the food isn't even good!

Decent food but absolutely no service. I would waive the tips for all customers to manage their expectations. This way people clearly know what they are getting. The beef slices are not as good as those in the Bellevue store.

Everything had great flavors and was priced reasonably. Pickled beef soup was one of the better noodle soups I've ever had!

Comfort food! Ive been here a couple of times to eat the beef noodle soup. I love it, it's not overly complicated, but everything is well done: a rich broth, hand pulled noodles with the perfect texture, thin sliced beef and a handful of aromatic green onions and cilantro. I like to add a scoop of the chili oil on the table. Sometimes I order the extra radish or side of pickled cabbage to include some more veggies in the meal. A great addition to the U District dining scene, Nuodle is clean and efficient.

They revamped their menu. A lot of the old photos and reviews are no longer relevant. It’s basically a different restaurant now. They have hand pulled noodles in super tasty broth.Get their original hand made noodle and make sure you add some of the chili oil. They have some of the best hand pulled noodle in Seattle.
