Reminds me of the hand pulled noodles of my dad's hometown. Noodles are impeccable, broth is delicious, and their house chili sauce is very good, even my Lanzhou father was impressed. They do one thing, and they do it very well.

Food was delicious. The food was fulfilling, so you are getting your money's worth. The green tea with honey paired well with the soup dishes. You're able to pick how your soup is made, so it can fit your liking.

Okay, Nuodle…you’re pretty tasty! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. These dishes had a lot of flavor!!! And seemed authentic. You can choose your own noodles if you order a soup and they have several different options to choose from. You order from a kiosk then sit down and wait for your number to be called.
