Bugis Reviews
Delicious, warm & comforting. Loved the bit of heat with the rice & fish cakes. Tteokbokki is a
Super filling dish. Lots of places to sit inside.
I came for the tteokbokki at the u district food walk. It was very good: spicy, hot, and rich. I didn't love that the default ordering system is from a giant screen instead of a person. There were people at the cash register, and they were quite friendly when I ordered from them instead. The interior is nice. I would come back!
They didn't have what I was looking for that day, but I tried their dragonfruit refresher and it was so yummy! I ordered off of a touch screen and it was about 5 minutes of a wait. I'll probably be back to try their other refreshers yay!
Bugis is a hidden gem offering high-quality fusion cuisine with a Korean twist. Their bowls, such as the fried chicken bowl and rose cheese Katsu bowl, are juicy, tender, and savory, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The casual, efficient service and healthy options make it a great spot for a quick, delicious meal. The spicy pork bowl is a go-to, and the mapo tofu is also great. Service is super fast, and the staff is super friendly. While parking is scarce, the in-house presentation is heard to be beautiful.
